The Synced Planner is developing an AI-powered productivity platform that connects handwritten planning with digital workflows. The goal is simple: keep the clarity of paper, reduce manual double handling, and give people control over what happens next.
Smart Capture is designed to interpret the page, structure what it finds, and present it back for confirmation before anything is routed onward.

The experience is designed around user control. The AI assists with interpretation and structure; the user decides what is correct and where confirmed information should go.

The Synced Planner is not being designed to silently make decisions on a user's behalf. Before information is sent onward, the user can review what the AI has understood, correct anything that needs changing and confirm the next step.

Physical product
The 2027 Synced Entrepreneur Planner is in production and available for pre-order. The physical planner has been developed alongside the digital experience so the page layouts can support Smart Capture.
Starter App
The Starter App is in active development and testing. Current work is focused on page recognition, handwriting interpretation, structured capture, confirmation flows and the first digital destinations required for launch.
Business model
The Synced Planner combines physical product sales with optional digital app access. Customers can use the planner on its own or choose the connected planner + app experience, with broader digital subscriptions and integrations forming part of the longer-term model.
