Why I built it
I built the planner I couldn’t find.
I’m Paige Freeman, founder of The Synced Planner. I’ve always been someone who thinks better with a pen in my hand — but like most business owners, the rest of my world lives digitally.
I was tired of writing appointments, tasks and ideas on paper, then entering the same information all over again into calendars, task tools and systems.
The Synced Planner started with one simple question: what if paper didn’t have to be disconnected from your digital world?

Do I have to use the app?
No. The planner works beautifully on its own. The Starter App is there when you want the digital layer.
Do I need a special pen or special paper?
No. Use your normal pen. There is no proprietary paper, QR code or charging requirement.
What is the difference between A4 and A5?
A4 gives you more writing space and is split into two half-year books. A5 is more compact and also comes as a two-part year — January to June and July to December — so you keep the full planning system without carrying the whole year at once.
